I’m Linus. I have been doing different sports until I fell in love with calisthenics in 2015. Ever since then I have been obsessed with this sport and constantly searching for ways to optimize my training and recovery. To progress as fast as possible I’ve looked into the training processes of different sports such as martial arts, gymnastics and powerlifting. Of course, I also went down the nutrition rabbit hole. There is so much conflicting advice about health and fitness out there, but I believe that a few high-level principles are enough to find what works.
Over the years I’ve tried different approaches to training and nutrition with varying results. I experienced several setbacks and injuries that taught me valuable lessons. With this website I want to share the knowledge I’ve gained to help others avoid the mistakes that I made.
